Rémy Martin Playbook & Ringleader
Rémy Martin came to us with two objectives:
1. Expand their customer relationship program by inserting their brand into contemporary conversations and events.
2. Increase online engagement with their existing consumer advocate program.
First we created an online magazine, Rémy Martin Playbook, that keeps the brand current, gives it the ability to spread their content to their various online properties in order to build their CRM. We designed the web structure and content; from hiring an editorial staff, developing/editing content concepts to fine tuning the leading on the CMS CSS, we did it all. The 360 comprehensive strategy created results with a system that is always current, beautiful, and engaging.
Second in order to increase engagement with their existing consumer advocate program, Rémy Martin Ringleader, we needed to change how people interacted with it, without changing the game. We created incentives for viewers and participants alike, made it easier for them to vote and created shareable content in the form of highly stylized personalized badges. Interaction increased almost 1000% and sharing over 400%.
